Event Consultation & Design
Once you have made contact with an Ocean Tents representative we will arrange an appointment for on-site consultation; free of charge. We are able to consult with you in our showroom and through telephone conversations however, we highly recommend meeting with you at the event site. If you are interested in visiting our showroom, we suggest scheduling an appointment and meeting in our larger showroom, located in Mount Holly.
Due to the uniqueness of every venue, any event involving tenting requires on-site inspection. If you have consulted with a party planner, caterer or other event professional it is best to have them attend this consultation as well.
If you have not consulted with any other event professionals but need to do so, we have a wide network of caterer’s, party planners, florists and other professionals that we could suggest to you.
Once we have determined what tent, dance floor, staging, tables, chairs, and any other accessories you may need, we will design your event using the latest Party CAD© software; that creates a scale drawing of your event. This enables you to see how your event will look in advance. This service brings your vision to life and makes setup worry free.

After all of your rental needs are determined we will provide you with an estimate detailing all the costs associated with your event. The first on-site inspection, consultation, Party Cad© drawing, and quote are free of charge. Additional meetings and drawings may incur a fee. Remember, no budget is too small for us too work with; your event is only limited by your imagination!
