The planners for this one-of-a-kind extravagant tent wedding had come to us a year in advance
with the ability to accommodate all guests comfortably in case of in-climate weather.

A site inspection revealed the need for an additional generator, cook tent and additional stakes to anchor the structure safely in the windy area. After the site inspection a floor plan was designed with our Party CAD software and sent to the client and additional wedding vendors. The site plan underwent numerous modifications, leading up to the event as the guest count and ideas were changing.

Selecting structure tents ensured the wedding would go on should there be high winds or rain, it also lent the ability to “slide” the walls open or closed depending upon if it was hot or cold. The sidewalls were also battened down with metal rods to keep them from flapping in the wind. In addition to the rentals we obtained all the necessary Permits for the tent, and installed exit signs and fire extinguishers for safety and to meet the code requirements.

Fortunately the big day turned out beautifully, however with outdoor events it is best to plan for the worst & hope for the best. Air conditioners were on standby in case of hot weather. The use of flooring ensured rain would not flood underneath the tent and keep the lady guest’s heels from sinking into the grass.

The pre-planning ensured everything went smoothly. Our team worked closely with the event planners to make sure all the necessary equipment was ordered.

The delivery took place 6 days before the wedding, to lend additional time to decorate or accommodate last minute add-ons. The week leading up to the wedding was one of the worst storms ever, the structure tents had no issues holding up to the punishing winds.  Our team setup the tent according to the floor-plan on the CAD. During the event 2 attendants from our team were there in the background ensuring everything operated smoothly. Everything went without a hitch, the following day the equipment was removed and other than the trash it was not noticeable there was a wedding the night before.

The Bride & Groom are currently living happily ever after.
